E3 2020 will not be. The Largest game show cancelled for the first time in 25 years due to the coronavirus outbreak. There could be other reasons besides coronavirus

Organizers of the biggest gaming exhibition Electronic Entertainment Expo have decided not to host the event this year. According to several sources familiar with the Entertainment Software Association’s plans.

It was originally planned that the E3 2020 will be held in June this year within a few days. As it has been for many years. However, it seems that the organizers decided to cancel the show because of the spread of the Coronavirus worldwide. No official statement has been made yet by the Entertainment Software Association.

ESA did not respond to Ars Technica’s questions about what the future of E3 will be. Will the format of the event be completely changed online. Will the exhibition be held later, and so on?

Earlier, it was revealed that renowned American journalist Jeff Kelly, editor of The Game Awards, will not be attending this year’s Central Gaming Exhibition, with which he is associated with AM.
