There is a problem with Windows 10 Cumulative Update. Have you encountered it?

Also, some users are using Windows 10 May Update. The current system version is to build in 19041.423. Try installing update KB4566782 to update to build 19041.450. However, he was unable to complete the installation and received an error 0x80071160.
