The user has over 20 pre-installed sports apps such as running, swimming and Pilates, Positioning via GPS, workouts and training plans via Garmin Connect as well as individual running plans via Garmin Coach are available.
Garmin Venu Sq and Venu Sq Music also offer various security functions such as automatic accident notification and emergency assistance. The watches also support contactless and cashless payment via Garmin Pay. The Garmin Venu Sq Music has integrated music storage for up to 500 tracks. The Venu Sq Music compatibility with Amazon Music, Spotify, and Deezer on board. Garmin promises a battery life of up to 6 days (GPS operation: 14 hours) for the new smart wristwatches that are waterproof up to 50 meters.
