Huawei Mate X2 with EMUI 11 received Wi-Fi 6 certificate

After a few leaks in the past few months have already revealed the first specifications for the Huawei Mate Xs folding phone. The device has now appeared at the Wi-Fi Alliance. Another indication that Huawei has already planned the launch for the next few months.

Huawei’s new phone with model number TET-NX9 has received Wi-Fi certification from the WiFi Alliance. According to previous reports, this Huawei model has been identified as Huawei’s next foldable phone the Huawei Mate X2.

The screenshot below shows the new Wi-Fi Alliance certification. This refers to the device with the model number “TET-NX9”. According to previous leaks, this is the foldable flagship of the next generation Huawei Mate X2. This may soon compete with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G

This WiFi certificate was released on September 21st and reveals that the TET-NX9 will ship with Wi-Fi 6+ wireless technologies and EMUI 11 software version. However, there is no information on the specifications of the Mate X2.

According to the various Leaks

A previous leak revealed that the Huawei Mate X2 is codenamed “Teto”. It will feature an 8.03-inch main display with a resolution of 2480 x 2220 with a display that folds inward and a display on the lid will be available for interaction while the device is folded.

In August, the first loyal specs of the Mate X2 surfaced. Accordingly, Huawei uses 5 nm for the HiSilicon Kirin 1000 SoC device. Depending on the model, there are 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 to 512 GB of flash memory. The Huawei Mate X2 received a 6000 mAh battery and it can be charged up to 65 W. The quad-camera consists of the main camera 40 megapixels. Huawei Mate X2 comes with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5-megapixel sensor.
