Samsung brought down prices for the Galaxy S10 line

All models have fallen in price by hundreds of dollars. In connection with the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, at which Samsung is to present the Samsung Galaxy S20 line of smartphones, the South Korean manufacturer announced a reduction in the price of the Galaxy S10 line.

The most expensive model in the Samsung Galaxy S10 + line, which is equipped with 1 TB of memory, has fallen in price from $ 1,600 to $ 1,100. The version of the Samsung Galaxy S10 + with 128 GB of flash memory fell in price from 1000 to 800 dollars.

The standard version of the Samsung Galaxy S10, which is equipped with 128 GB of non-volatile memory, was offered for $ 700 instead of 900.

It is important to note that if you purchase the version without being tied to the operator, the price will be even lower. The unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S10 costs $ 550, and the most expensive Samsung Galaxy S10 with 1 TB of memory can be bought for $ 900.

Samsung Galaxy Flip Z will not receive Snapdragon 865

As you know, in February, Samsung will introduce its second flexible smartphone – Galaxy Flip Z. It will be a device in a clamshell form factor. Earlier, rumours spoke of a low price of about $ 900, but recently completely different data has appeared.

It was also previously known that the smartphone will not be based on the SoC Snapdragon 865 but on the Snapdragon 855. On the one hand, this is no longer the flagship platform, on the other – the only conditional competitor in the person of Motorola Razr is completely based on the Snapdragon 710.

But new data indicates that everything will be a little better. An insider claims that the Galaxy Z Flip will not receive the Snapdragon 855, but the Snapdragon 855+. This is better from the point of view of marketing, but from the point of view of practice, it is completely useless, since hardly anyone will feel the difference somewhere.
