AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G 6 Core & Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G 4 Core Renoir APU Benchmarks Leak Out

AMD Ryzen 4000 Pro APUs prove their strength. Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G performed at the level of Ryzen 5 3600, and Ryzen 3 Pro 4350G – at the level of Ryzen 3 3300X. Ryzen 4000 Pro will be officially announced next week.

Just a few days after the test leak, the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G AMD APU Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G and Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G Renoir also leaked along with their specifications and tests. Both APUs are part of the AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir PRO family, which will be launched next week on July 21, as we reported earlier this month.

New details about AMD Ryzen 4000 Pro APUs have surfaced online. This time, in the Geekbench benchmark, the entry-level and mid-range models were lit up – Ryzen 3 Pro 4350G and Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G.

The Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G and Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G will feature updated Vega graphics architecture and Zen 2 cores on a single monolithic die. The main difference is in the core configuration, with the latter having fewer cores on both the processor and GPU. The specifications for both Renoir APUs are given below

AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G 6 Core APU Specifications

The APU has clock frequencies tuned to a base of 3.7 GHz and a gain of 4.3 GHz. AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G processor has 6MB of L3 cache and has a TDP of 65W.

AMD’s Ryzen 3 3300X comes with a 3.8GHz base clock, which is the same as the Renoir APU but has a higher boost clock rate of 4.3GHz, up 5% over the Ryzen 3 4350G. The processor has the same 65 W TDP but does not have an iGPU to use this TDP like the Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G. AMD has set the price of the Ryzen 3 3300X at $ 120, while the Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G is expected to be around $ 149.

AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G Performance Benchmark:

Promising new products proved their worth against the background of the Ryzen 3000 CPU. For example, the Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G scored 1184 points in a single-threaded test and 6994 points in a multi-threaded test. This is about 100 and 500 points less than the Ryzen 5 3600X, but generally on par with the Ryzen 5 3600.
