iPhone 12 launch date & 4G version has been leaked

(Update: Corrected version with a slightly changed schedule) After the dates for the two Apple keynotes leaked yesterday in September and October, two speakers now deliver the days on which both the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro as well as the new one Apple Watch 6 and a new iPad can be ordered for the first time and should then also be available. As expected, delays of different magnitude can be expected for the iPhones.

After the alleged launch dates for Apple’s autumn, 2020 collection were leaked yesterday, further information has now emerged that also reveals the start of the pre-order phase and the actual availability or start of sales of iPhones, Apple Watch, and new iPad to the day. These dates have not yet been confirmed, but they do sound very credible, especially if you take into account the many past indications of delays due to the corona pandemic, but you should still expect something to be corrected until the information below is verified Appointments changes.

According to the Leaker duo Komiya and Apple Lab, the Apple Watch Series 6 and the new iPad will be available the fastest after the presentation on September 8th. You could order it on Friday after the virtual launch event on the same day, i.e. on September 8th, and the Apple Watch should then be sold or delivered one week later, on September 18th. The new iPad should actually be the slightly larger successor to the iPad 7 and not a new iPad Air and it will then appear in the Apple Shops at the end of September (probably on September 28)

The situation appears to be more difficult with the four iPhones, which will start this year under the names iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max as quartets. Here, Apple is actually lagging behind the original schedule due to the corona crisis and apparently can only deliver the two regular iPhones (5.4 inches and 6.1 inches) on October 9, the pre-order phase begins a week earlier on October 2. The situation is even worse for the iPhone 12 Pro-Duo: Both the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro and the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max can only be ordered from October 16 and can be ordered on the 23rd.
