iPad Air 4 renders Leaked with Full-screen design uses USB-C interface

We’ve seen a lot of news that the iPad Air 4 will undergo huge changes, including the move away from Touch ID to a full-screen design, and the use of the A14 processor and USB-C interface. Designer Michael Ma recently created a series of high-quality images of the iPad Air 4 based on these rumors.

It can be seen that the iPad Air 4 uses a Founder design similar to the iPad Pro and has the same single camera as the 2018 iPad Pro. The whole machine is made of metal and the body is still slim. The iPad Air 4 has been swapped out from Lightning to USB-C and is expected to support the second-generation Apple Pencil and the new Magic Keyboard. The iPad Air 4 will use a 10.8-inch or 11-inch Liquid Retina screen, whether it has ProMotion technology is still unknown.

Since the ditching Touch ID, the screen-to-body ratio has been the biggest improvement in the look of the iPad Air 4. The iPad Air 4 is rumored to use an under-screen fingerprint, but there is no real news to support this yet.

Komia’s source previously stated that the iPad Air 4 will use the high-performance A14X processor, but the Air series never used the high-performance X-series processors. The iPad Air 3 previously used the same A12 processor as the latest iPhone at the time. In terms of storage space, according to the new 2020 iPad Pro, the iPad Air 4 is expected to start at 128GB.
