Meizu Announces 2019 One Moment Awards; Meizu 17 Offers Opportunity To Win 5G
Today, Meizu officially announces its annual image contest called “Annual Awards (OMA) 2019”. The competition begins today and ends on January 3, 2020. The purpose of this competition is to inspire photographers to inspire the beauty of life.
Everything around the picture can move people, express their emotions and show off their photography skills. At the Competition Awards, the Chinese manufacturer will also have the opportunity to win their upcoming 5G flagship phone called Meizu 17.
The winners of the OMA 2019 will announce at the end of January. The Chinese company will select 10 photos this year, one of which will give to the Meizu OMA 2019 Mobile Photographer of the Year.
The winner will take home the Mejo 17 5G smartphone. There will be a jury award that honours the Meizu OMA 2019 Video Officer. It will have the opportunity to shoot a Meizu 17 5G mobile phone, 10,000 yuan creative funds and promotional material for smartphones. This is the link to take part in the competition.

Meizu’s OMA 2019 photography competition is one of the strategies around the upcoming Meizu 17. The game description also confirmed that the Meizu 17 will be the company’s first 5G-capable device. It will support Dual Mode 5G as it will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform.
Meizu strives to enhance the photography experience of its smartphones. The Meizu 16s Pro, which was released a few months ago, is one of Meizu’s famous camera phones. At the rear is a triple camera system, with an OIS-powered 48 megapixel Sony IMX 586 main lens, a 20-megapixel telephone lens, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 117 degrees. There is a field view, and a six LED double tone flash.
The triple camera supports 3x lossless zoom, 4K video shooting at 60Kps, ultra-wide-angle video shooting at 480fps slow-motion video, 2.5 cm macro shooting and super night vision mode. The upcoming Meizu 17 5G mobile phone is also expected to bring first-class photography experience. As of this writing, there is no information about the Meizu 17 specifications.
