Official: Apple will unveil new products on September 15

The hashtag #AppleEvent has been displayed with an Apple emoji from today, until Monday, September 15, 2020. This hash flag could have cost Apple more than one million US dollars, so it is hardly a coincidence.

The well-known leaker Jon Prosser only claimed a few days ago that the Apple Watch Series 6 and a new iPad should be presented today at 3:00 p.m. German time, although it was not entirely clear whether it was the iPad 8 or the iPad Air 4 goes.

Jon Prosser’s sources seem to have been wrong either in the date or at least in the time, as Apple has not announced anything so far. Today, around 3 p.m., the leaker reassured that the new products will be seen today:

As a result, Apple did make the announcement today, but it was not about the product, but about the event. Now we know for sure that the Apple Event will take place on September 15 at Apple Park and starts at 20:00 Moscow time.

Almost certainly, on September 15, we will be shown first of all the new iPhones, but the announcement of new smartwatches, new tablets, and other devices is also expected. These might include the highly anticipated AirPower charging station, Apple-powered MacBooks, AirTags, HomePod mini, and more.
